  : I booked after hours the day before I arrived. I emailed when I would arrive which was prior to check in time. The online information suggested that I could drop off my suitcase, but no one responded when I emailed to ask if I could do that. The office where you leave your suitcase is on the 4th floor, behind two locked doors. While I understand that the timing was responsible for my situation, it would be helpful to add to the online description that if you show up before 10 am and have not received confirmation that you can drop off a suitcase, you won't be able to. No one answered any communication after 5 pm or before 10 am, phone or email.
