  : As a big group we are glad to have stayed here because they really care to put us altogether on the same floors. Popolo is clean, comfortable and has excellent location that we mostly walked around Rome on foot, although the tram and U-bahn are also just around the corner. Our rooms on the 2nd floor facing the street were surprisingly quiet because I think of the double glass windows. Vincenzo our contact person replied and clarified our questions promptly and he has a great staff. Our group arrived at different times and every time, the staff were very helpful, in particular, Elisabetta, Vicenzo’s wife. She is not only friendly, funny and patient accommodating our group, but she and her friend who works at a restaurant nearby, went all the way to help my sister, who was robbed at Roma Termini on a Saturday evening. Thank you Elisabetha and to your friend for putting your work on hold that evening to help my sister by giving her advice and for calling the proper authorities near Popolo.

  : * Daily cleaning service. * Good sized room and bathroom. * Air-conditioning was good. * Friendly and helpful staff. * Great location.
  : * Reception staff were loud throughout the night. * Walls are thin so you can hear other guests and reception staff.. For example, we could hear the person next to us snoring all night. It was so disturbing. * The pillows were average.

  : Great location, right next to metro. Big bed and big shower with good pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. REALLY good aircon.
  : Wifi sometimes cut in and out. Shower must have shared hot water because sometimes it didn’t get as hot as needed and other times it would. Shower was not entirely clean and had hair on the floor when I arrived. Somewhat lengthy check in process after walking and travelling in hot sun.
