  : modern stylings, good location close to Vatican and castel.
  : wasn’t as described in the booking (no access to roof terrace), showers didn’t work very well when both used, toilet seat wasn’t fixed when it was mentioned to be broken, check in procedure didn’t work well, towels weren’t cleaned daily, cleaning staff woke us up several times. the walls to the door were very thin so you were woken up by the doors to the building opening

  : Location is great, near Vatican City
  : The apartment that we received was different from what we ordered. No one was at the reception for 4 days of our stay there and we were not able to talk to somebody only by whatsapp where in most of the cases we didnt received any responses. We ordered a double bed but received 2 single beds and it was very uncomfortable because they were moving everytime, in some cases the water was warming for 5 minutes to reach to pleasant temperature, street noise was very loud in the room and every external movement was heared. when we needs some help no one was answered and their phone was everytime closed but when they need city tax payment they call on every number they cand found to tell you that you need to pay it, the attitude is 0.

  : First: it is not an ordinary hotel. It is more like an appartment, with cleaning and a Kitchen, which we shared with others (4 rooms). Just what we wanted!It was very quiert at Night. We stayed there for a month
