  : This place is perfect if you are just staying for 2 days and want to spend your whole time exploring Rome and just need somewhere to sleep. It is close to everything which is great . The car park is around the corner and costs 35e a day . The apartment is locsted in a building with an elevtor that fits only 2 people . The apartment is on the second floor .
  : The shower has a shower curtain so a lot of water escapes onto the floor when you take a shower. This is just an observation but overall I was pleased with this place

  : for its price for a room fitting 4 and it's location, this place is excellent. the housekeeper lady was friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable and even gave us am introduction to the city!

  : Location is very good. Room size was ok for family of 3. Easy check-in & out. Liked the softness of the bed. Staff was helpful. Parking garage just around the next corner.
  : Pillows were missed for the sofa bed. If the guest is a light sleeper, noise from the street might make you an early bird.

  : The owner considered it was good to bother us via whats app messages daily about arrival time even though it was understandable that the front desk was not open 24 hours a day. Our reply was unfortunately that we could let them know one day before because we were traveling for the first time by car from south to Rome.Nevertheless, the cleaning lady welcomed us by giving us the key and informed us that we could leave our luggage and come back in half an hour when the room would be ready (the time was 14:50 and the check in was from 15:00!)The bathroom was filthy and full of salts and the shower was so incredibly small that my husband couldn’t fit in and use it. There was no hot water for the whole stayIn the one available cup for the tea never provided was a worm.It was supposed that breakfast included in the price but we never received any. Also never informed us how and when we could have it. The bedside tables were dusty and stickyYou could listen to each and every word of other rooms conversations, since the whole place is separated by plasterboards.The second and last day of the stay the owner was there wearing no mask while we already had ours while leaving the room.Last but not least payment policy of our reservation was to pay at the property, but the owner charged the total amount on the card that was used in order to confirm the reservation one week before arrival, no matter the cancellation was free of charge until two days before arrival.Covid is an unknown situation in that place

  : really Close to the ottaviano metro station and to the Vatican
  : we weren’t offered enough information about the way to enter the location. When you get on that street you will Find out that Vatican lodge is like an air b&b. The Room we stayed in had a problem with the toilet flushing system, and the manager told us that we threw something in the toilet, which is totally incorect. However he moved us to another room, while he kept telling us that is more expensive. Next day, he send me a message with a sanitary pad found by a tehnician in the toilet blaming that is our and that it cost him a lot, so he tried to get more Money from us every day. The Room was dirty, we found hair on the pillows and sheets. The maid who was coming every day, was just making our bed and nothing more. It was really cold at nights, at there s no heating system except an ac, and everything is really used, and the bathrooms pretty disguisting.
