  : Proximity to Vatican.Quiet.
  : Was a bit too complicated to get to the room - a lot of emails, prior check-ins, opening doors with remote lock It was really a quest. In the end, a guy just came and opened everything with good old regular keys.

  : We booked in Vatican Nausicaa but we stayed in VATICAN TREASURE. The people that managed the account moved us to another location that they manage but was not like the one that we booked. They don't not even inform us about this but when i got there i noticed that the room does not look like what i have seen in the photo. The rooms we booked and what we got were different and i am very disappointed and unhappy. I do not recommend.

  : The staff was pretty helpful all along incl keeping our luggage (which btw you can't keep in the property but lug 6 mins to their office) and also providing us clear instructions to reach airport on time. Rooms are comfortable. Location is 8 mins walk from Castel Sant Angelo and Vatican
  : The instructions for check in could have been a little better. Also, the rooms had AC but it was sweltering hot at 36 deg that day and when we entered the room it was a furnace. The AC took a good 8h of running to make the room comfortable.

  : The location was perfect (5 minutes from metro, 10 minutes from Vatican, 20 minutes from city centre). Our room was clean (daily cleaning) and comfortable.
  : We had some problems with check in as link provided by the property didnt work properly. The next day we had to let other guests in at midnight, because it didnt work for them as well. Unfortunately, we were not able to use tv due to the lack of remote control although we asked for it.

  : Maybe they can move the check out time to noon atleast

  : they don't respond to messages, not serious, they say something and do something else. They didn't give me the invoice, possibly tax evasion

  : i like the location because it's close to the Vatican City. There are restaurants nearby too. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. There is no 24-hour receptionist in the property but there's a number that you can call day and night for questions.
  : There's no coffee creamer in the room ;)
