  : My room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very helpful, patient, and accommodating. The property is well situated in relation to the Vatican, the metro, and several good restaurants. Overall, it represents good value for the money spent.
  : Some of the amenities and facilities left a little to be desired. The temperature of the shower was erratic, and considering that there was a washing machine already located inside my room, it would've been very helpful if I could've used it for a fee. Also, if I visit Rome again, I'll most likely look for a property that has staff on-site 24/7.

  : The location was great, close to the Vatican, Ottaviano metro and bus stops. The host Gianfranco was kind and patient to explain everything.
  : The room was way smaller than in the picture on my booking. No clear instructions on the booking on how to access the property, had to call the owner to understand how (in his broken English). The keys to the apartment kept getting jammed and there’s no one in the “guesthouse” to assist. No ironing and laundry facilities on the property, wouldn’t recommend it for longer than a day’s stay.
