  : I booked this for a short break. Somehow it came up as a hotel. It is not really a traditional hotel. It is a floor in an building with what seems to be offices, there is a small reception cubicle and a lounge. The staff go home at some point in the evening so If you arrive after midnight you have to use a key code to get into the building. I was told they have security patrols every thirty minutes. The lounge is a room with no outside view, just a window with a think blind, and an honesty bar. The room was well decorated but I was very uncomfortable being in an office block, we moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay. There are no social spaces other than the lounge where breakfast is also served. I think this is great for those who are happy to stay in a less traditional place or maybe in a larger group travelling together. The staff were lovely and helpful. I was told that it states on the website clearly that it is not staffed 24hrs but I have not been able to find the information. If you want to see Rome and stay in a place with some space and facilities (and staff!) then this would not be a good choice. Seeing as this was advertised as a 4* hotel I was very surprised..

  : The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and very clean and tidy.

  : The boutique feel and individual design rooms. Electric curtains were a nice touch! All four rooms were available for pre lunch check in which was very helpful. Sound proofed windows made the room very quiet, but the hotel is located off a quieter street in the City.

  : Lovely boutique hotel in a good location in central Rome. Hop-on hop-off bus stop and supermarket just down the road. Secure and very clean. Friendly reception staff, and we appreciated that they allowed us to leave bags till our late afternoon departure. Bathrooms were nice with a few ammenities. Fridge / minibar and kettle were good. Excerpt air conditioning, and very comfortable beds and pillows.
  : Rooms were rather small with hardly any space for our suitcases, which made it hard to manoeuvre around. TV in one room didnt work (couldnt get Netflix). Expensive for what we got elsewhere, but perhaps this is just reflective of costs in Rome. Breakfast was adequate, but could be improved.

  : Modern rooms (but small) Guest lounge room was great.As we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, we found our booked room so tiny, we were so lucky that the amazing female staff at this time, was able to upgrade up, we were exceptionally grateful & very impressed. She was so lovely & helpful, her customer service was A1!
  : It was very dark inside Location is ok, not greatExcept for the above lady, the rest of the staff just seemed like they were unhappy & made us feel like we were in their way!
