  : The location The Pleasant staff Our initial complaints were addressed by the manager and her offers of a free meal and bus trip were appreciated. They also provided in response to our request free transport from the airport presumably because of the high cost of the apartment The breakfasts were good in general and the balcony lovely with great potential.
  : The apartment looked tired and in need of an upgrade including the furniture and shower room The Sports channel did not work properly throughout our stay despite repeated requests. We were there for a sports event and that channel was important to us. There did not seem to be good checking of the apartment. The soap dispenser was empty, there were no tea bags replaced and the dishes were washed some days but not others. There perhaps should be at least one other staff member in the evenings apart from the receptionist.

  : Despite arriving late due to travel changes the staff were very helpful in getting us settled in. The location was perfect for visiting the Vatican and surrounding areas. The facilities for coffee / toasting etc were a bonus.
  : There was very little to identify that we didn't like.

  : The location in the Vatican City was outstanding, the rooms were large and clean and comfortable, great to have a real coffee machine, and the views from our balcony where excellent.
  : Our room did have the tiniest shower we've experienced, but it sufficed. Breakfast was ok, however the coffee from the coffee machine was really not good.
