  : personnel is brilliant and always ready to help.room was nice and clean. the bed is very comfortable and the street is quiet at night. location is also great to those who are interested in nice slow walks around the sights. Nice breakfast with a view
  : wi-if was quite important for me, but unfortunately it was broken when I arrived. Also internet is limited with ability to use with IOS devices.

  : Great location with a fabulous rooftop restaurant providing a superb view of the Vatican. Comfy beds. Attentive staff and a superb breakfast. The oysters are the best I have eaten since those in PEI.

  : The location of this hotel was amazing! The staff was wonderful and nice, the breakfast was a real Italian one, lots of sweets! The room was standard, nothing special and don’t expect it so be perfect. Luckily I was only sleeping in my room so the state of it did not really bother me. I recommend this hotel!

  : I think the location was awesome! I was so close to the Vatican that I didn't have to walk as much. It is far from Coliseum but I went to Rome for the Vatican Museums. I also liked that you have to get through several "locked" doors to get to your room. This is especially important for a solo female traveler.
  : The shower. There was only a bathtub. I enjoyed taking bubble baths and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. However, in the mornings, I missed the convenience of taking a quick shower.

  : The location to the Vatican was exceptional. The breakfast was good.Staff at the hotel desk were friendly and helpful.
  : We received the information such as where and how to check in, the Wifi information (correct information for log in), on the 3rd day in the late afternoon. We should have received the information on the day of check in. The room had a very bad sewer smell; we found an automatic air freshener in the corner of the room behind the curtain. The Wifi information on the back of the room door was incorrect (we didn't get the correct info until after being there 3 days) There was no reply to my message I sent on day 1 to get help.Bookings stated Free Shuttle but that was incorrect; we paid for the taxi to the airport.

  : The place has a bed, bathroom, working air conditioning, and it is relatively clean. Also, the staff is polite for the most part.
  : I didn't like the fact that the hotel is not actually a normal hotel. You need to go to another building to check-in and for breakfast. The entrance looks like an entrance to a very bad AirBnB, completely not fitting to the location. And the walls are EXTREEMELY thin.
