  : Located very close to Termini Bus & Train Station where you can find convenient transportation from and to both airports and to other cities in Italy. Pretty close you can find good restaurants & coffee shops, as well as grocery shops to buy water, drinks, food for in house.Clean & safe place.
  : We expected it to be a hotel, but it is like a 2 floors "hotel" rooms in an old building (at the 1st floor there is a also a hostel with very noisy people), with old furniture and design. It looked a bit strange for us that the reception is at 3rd floor and the breakfast area was like 5-6 small tables exactly in front of the reception desk, in a very tiny area.The 1st and 2nd nights we had a room at the 2nd floor facing a street with a bar/ pub and it was extremely noisy, with loud music and people talking and laughing very very loud. Specially 2nd night (Saturday night) we almost didn't sleep at all bcs of the noise. Then we complain and changed the room. This time was peaceful, but the furniture, the shower and everything inside looked much older then in the 1st room. Also, the fridge didn't work in non of the rooms. The hosts did not know English and the communication was not very easy.Also, i found it not nice that they charged me 1EUR for a cup of hot water every time i asked for. I had my own tea bags, just needed hot water and i payed for a cup of hot water same price my mom payed for her morning coffee. Which in my opinion is not "guests friendly".Also, when we asked to change the room because of the noise, the cleaning lady was very pissed off by this; probably because she had to clean one more room. In a way I understood her, but i also consider it is rude to show this to guests without even knowing the reason for the change.And all these considering we were some of the last tourists still there bcs of Covid-19 virus crisis. Or maybe this was the reason :)

  : Bed. It was 2 single bed next to each other rather than a double bed, the rest was fine. I like the cleanliness of the room.
