  : I found it annoying to have 4 keys to get into the hotel. On 2 nights the key to the hotel door wouldn't open the door. I had to go out onto the street and ask strangers to help me. Fortunately, I found 2 people to help. I called the hotel number but the answer was in Italian. Since no one is on the property during the day except for the cleaning woman I had no way of contacting the owner. Perhaps, in the future the owner could call the people staying to check if everything is okay. Also, when the calling the phone number provided English should be spoken, too. The best thing about staying there was the lovely cleaning woman and the owner's mother. I was very worried about my transfer to the cruise port and these wonderful ladies came Sat. morning and stayed with me until I was picked up. The cleaning lady even called the transfer company to check. I don't speak Italian and they didn't speak English but I used Google Translate and we managed to carry on a lovely conversation. I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but they were my guardian angels on that Sat. morning.
