  : They need to go Big as their own space rather than a floor in a building, as they have good staff and excellent hospitality skill set.

  : Beds were comfy. Staff was nice. Location was amazing. So easy to walk around. Pizza place right next door had helpful staff.
  : The doorman at the entrance was really rude and unhelpful the whole time we were there. (It wasn’t only one time)

  : The only thing that I like about this place was the location.
  : I thought that this was an hotel - not a room within loads of appartments.description not clear when booking and very misleading otherwise I would have book an hotel and have a proper service .There is no "reception" and have to deal with a very rude person on the phone when I did not get the information about the second room that I booked. The person said it was a self service and I had to get my keys in a box with a code.- The 1st room was on the 6th Floor - very hot and very smelly. We could not stay more than 5mn in it.- Finally found the 2nd room (had to contact them again about it) which was on the 1st floor (same again access to the key via a box with code).. the room was not as big like the picture... pretty small especially with a double bed and 2 small bed / table 2 chairs etc.- bathroom was ok but would not use the tower rail - which was very rusty.- Breakfast - it's a voucher with the Local cafe (Lemongrass) - they will not say the value of the breakfast but only allowed a hot drink and a pastry... anything else I had to pay for it. The child breakfast was not free as stated when booking. Any fancy pastry or juice for a child has to be paid for.The cafe was full of flies so it was not a pleasant place to be .. so we had a quick coffee and left - did not bother to come back the next day. so forget about the continental breakfast as stated on the website. Staff very rude- Room Service: Wanted to have the towels changed but were told that an additional 5 euros will be charged for each towelnot sure why they say there is a room service because there is no catering facility / no reception if you need anything for the room.- Internet - 2 G - very slow- Because of the smell and the 1st room (number 10) , we all had to stay in the same room and try to spend a pleasant time together without too much discomfort and hide our disappointments.

  : We were here for the 2nd time in 2 years. Great location, easy check in and check out process. There was a heat wave in Rome - the room was cool and really cozy.
  : Not sure what luxury means, we had a similar room the previous time for less money. It’s true that it was during the pandemic, so maybe fewer tourists.
