  : The location is amazing 3 min walk from de Trevi fountainClose to several supermarkets and just off a busy street so was very nice access but not very noisyThe team was super helpful and was there is you needed anything :)
  : The showers are tiny but this is something that was not any inconvenience

  : WARNING! SONDER!REGISTRATION:After payment and booking on Booking.com I was contacted by Sonder, then I was required ! to register on their website. The whole idea to book and manage in one place is broken, you must register on additional site with long registration process but the site was blocked for all Ukraine country and did not open. How can you ignore the whole European country. So I had to spend 4 days communicating with the support of the site, and then had to provide ton of additional information about all friends to get an electronic key to the apartment(In Italy because site not work in Ukraine).APPARTAMENTS:One shower did not work in the apartment, a couple of light bulbs did not work, there was no lock in the toilet.The light bulb was brought after I asked. And Black Stain in shower.

  : A few problems getting in but they were sorted by one phone call. Location and property were excellent, shop just outside and also a lovely bar.
  : Only issue was the noise, a bin collection came every morning at6am and lasted 20 mins of banging outside the window. Impossible to sleep through so be prepared to wake up for a little while then!

  : Central location and very big rooms. A lot of towels / beds for a family of 5. Early check-in possible. A lot of sights, restaurants, shopping venues and public transport in walking distance. The kids loved the smart TV as well.
  : Number of power outlets needs to be increased, quality of WIFI (should be improved to a MESH system). Two bathrooms one with a shower and one only with a bathtub.

  : This is a delightful, pristine well located apartment. The hosts/management are eager to assist and communication is efficient. We had a bit of a struggle at self check in and within minutes someone arrived to assist us and even offered to help with our luggage. They are available 24/7 via what's ap for assistance. This certainly makes for a secure stay.The linnen, towels and facilities were immaculate. The beds well made and bathrooms clean. The kitchen is well cleaned and well equipped for self catering with sufficient detergents, dirt bags etc. The kitchen is also stocked with coffee, tea. little bottles of olive and many little gestures to enhance comfort. This apartment is located in a secure building with great user friendly technology for anyone concerned about security. Two lovely supermarkets are in close proximity as well restaurants and tourist attractions. Great location for shoppers - high end and general merchandise and other stores close by.
