  : the property staff was extremely nice allowing us to check in early. we arrived at I believe 11 or 12 and they let us check in really early which was awesome because we were only there for 2 days and was able to head straight to Vatican City and see the sites which were just a 5-10 minute walk. my wife liked the pillows and the bed and wanted to buy the pillows for our home! They staff also was nice bringing breakfast in the morning.
  : The bathroom did stink a bit like sewage but the room itself was clean with minor scuffs marks from peoples suitcases easily seen on the white walls. The walls are paper thin, I think there was a bar or something underneath that played music and had guests until midnight and then you have to wait for the patrons to leave, so don’t expect to sleep if you are a light sleeper until around 12:30ish. My wife is a light sleeper and she was OUT right when she hit the sheets though, and I was the one who couldn’t sleep but that’s par for me. I think it’s because we were so beat from all the walking around and touring.

  : The room was nice, and the breakfast was really nice! The morning staff was very nice and helpful. My only complaint was we had so much trouble checking in. I never saw any instructions and it was very confusing and a little too techy and impersonal for me (being a senior). We tried to get in to our room for over 1 1/2 hours which was very frustrating. It would have been nice to have someone greet us upon our arrival from the airport and show us the ropes.
