: The apartment is very cozy, super clean and well organized, had everything we needed for a 3 nights stay. Can accommodate up to 6 people and it's very close to the tourist attractions. It will take you 5 minutes walk from the apartment to Colosseum. Walk to Roman Forum 10 minutes. The host went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. Thank you, Simone!

: Great location about 20 minutes walk from main train station and 10 minutes from Colosseum. Good kitchen. We cooked dinner there several times. Great to have a washing machine. Check-in was very easy with remote access to front door and then key safe. Text contact with host only which was OK with us. Great recommendations re local restaurants. Great to have two toilets.
: It was cold and wet in the apartment. It took several days for washing to dry as the heaters were only on for very short bursts which was not an issue we experienced in any of the other eight or so places we stayed in Europe. Out towels were always wet which is not great when staying 5 nights. It was very noisy in the main bedroom at night as the apartment is on a main street with lots of traffic and people walking past. We didn't use the second shower as it was small and grotty. Small sofa for a two bedroom apartment. For the limited facilities and cold temperature, I don't think it was value for money.

: The apartment was comfortable and located just a short walk up from the Coliseum and the Forum. The neighborhood is walkable with plenty of restaurants nearby. The less touristy ones are farther away from the Coliseum.
: There was a mixup with the address. Something about someone taking over the Booking information from the original person who put it in line. In any case, the owner gave us the correct address but we went to the wrong address (with all our luggage) before we realized he had emailed us the correct address.
