  : No luxury at all, my friends had gyms, sauna our room for paying the same rate was super basic. Rusty shower head and door not closing well. Entrance to hotel very dirty with coffee cups and cigarette buds

  : Great location, comfy bed, clean and great staff. Had the rooms ready already earlier than check in time and allowed us to go in to room after a long day of traveling.

  : The bed was very comfortable and the staff were helpful. Apartment is located very centrally to all monuments which made walking around the city very easy!
  : This establishment is regularly referenced as a hotel however it isn’t it just managed apartments. The entrance to the building was extremely dirty and cigarette butts were all over the floor and stairs up to the building.We booked a superior room however it was very small, we also had been given a room that adjoined with another and although the door was locked it was off putting. There is absolutely no sound proofing present, we could hear people yelling outside in the street and sirens which woke us up every night as well as hearing conversations and the cleaners in the hallways early morning.The room smelt like drains from the bathrooms and the hairdryer didn’t work. The shower made a loud screaming noise when on and water shot out in all directions except for down which made making anything except for your head wet almost impossible. For a ‘luxury’ apartment, the walls were all marks and skirting boards all scuffed, scratched and falling apart.We were also incredibly put off at the signs telling you that you’ll be charged for basically anything that would come as standard in a hotel including tea/coffee!

  : feel free to book if you willing to take risk for last min cancellation even after you full paid in advanced!
  : fully paid but the hotel cancel our booking 5 hours before check in time. the person who called gave us 2 options: cancelled with full refund or change hotel, which is lower grade.when I made complaints with booking.com, they informed that the hotel mentioned that they can let us to stay if we don’t mind to shower without water hitter, it seems very unprofessional for this hotel, and it is the Christmas Eve. at the end, we had to get a last min booking for anther hotels, and it is double than the price that we booked due to last minute booking.I even suspected that my room was given to other guest where they accidentally accept the double booking.feel free to risk your trip and book if you still wish to try.

  : Location was great. Walkable to most historic sites, shops and restaurants
  : I got the Presidential suite because it said "fireplace."That's ornamental... Doesn't work. Problem is, room is huge and heating was insufficient so we were cold. Slept under 4 covers! Not helped by the fact that the radiator in the bathroom was not working. So not fun when you get out of the shower. Yes, I told them.Also, the entrance was dirty. Room was fine though needs upgrading but apparently, the downstairs area is only cleaned once a week. So the smell when you walk up the stairs was unpleasant.Oh.. And it might say Presidential Suite but in the dining area were 2 camp beds that they said could not be moved. Awful aesthetic and hard to get around.I've stayed before. This time I was disappointed. Won't be staying again.
