  : Hotel room furniture and decoration like very cheap, room is smelly, after shower is very humid, window soundproof is so bad, if you pick room face street, you could not sleep at all, because so many local people party on the street every night

  : very central, room nice and bed comfy
  : Received a message from iRooms before we arrived recommending we book their taxi. Charged 70 after being told 55 and never showed us the address after saying they would. Also only took cash after saying they take card. Got an Uber back only cost 30 and dropped right at the door of the airport. I advise use Uber or equivalent they can still find address easily and half the price

  : Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was fresh and always delivered on time. The whole complex was abiding well to COVID regulations. There was a good level of cleanliness throughout the property and room.
  : Contact with the hotel staff prior to arrival was difficult. Accessing the room was very difficult. This was done via an app, when we arrived we had no signal or wifi and it was late. There is no overnight receptionist and it is impossible to contact anyone at the property without a phone signal. Without the help of locals, we would have had to sleep on the street. The bed was uncomfortable and quite old. Every time I rolled over the springs of the bed would groan. The walls to other rooms were thin (I'll say no more). The 'rain shower' never reaches enough pressure to provide more than a dribble and we had to wait several minutes for water hot enough to wash in. This wouldn't have been a big issue but this was a selling point of the room.

  : It was not particularly clean. It was old. You stepped out of the shower onto your bedroom floor. The bedroom floor was plastic matting. Everything about it was gross and tacky. I booked 5 nights, left after one, and just said goodbye to my money for the other 4 nights.

  : It had a good location in Rome and was easy to reach there attractions. The room was very clean.
  : I didnt like the self check in and I didnt realize I had an option to go to the reception and check in. I never received any email about that, just a note telling me how to check in myself and get through three different locks. The room, wild, was bizarre. Again I just needed a room for one night and this hotel was available. It was kind of ridiculous with the Teepee and purple lighting. Im not 13. The shower was truly bizarre. The only way to use it was to sit or lay on the wooden bench, which seems very unhygienic to me. And the purple strobe lighting again was strange. I just wanted a room not some weird experience. Breakfast in a box was lacking.

  : The mood lighting was erratic as to whether it worked, at times the shower lights just wouldn't come on at all. Hot water didn't work from 10pm until after 10 the next morning, we had to go out without showering. No receptionist afternoons and evenings. Booked this hotel because of zen room shower, so very disappointing. Gluten free breakfast wasn't gluten free one morning, good job packaging could be checked before eating.
