  : Early check out- 10am check out is really early! No idea how to open the wooden shutters on the windows so I couldn’t enjoy the view- no staff on hand to ask to show me

  : - The location was fantastic. We loved the neighborhood!! Many restaurants and shops. There was also a fountain nearby. We reached everything on foot.- The staff was very friendly! If we had any questions, we could contact the person in charge via WhatsApp and get an answer quickly.- We were welcomed on time at check-in.- We were allowed to leave our luggage in the accommodation after check-out.
  : - Unfortunately, the room is poorly soundproofed. As soon as someone was in the hallway, you heard it. We also heard the stomping of the guests in the next room. But I think that's something you have to put up with when you book this type of accommodation. However, it was okay for us.- The bed squeaked noisily even when you just sat down on it.- The bathroom is small.

  : Super friendly staff, really (!) good daily cleaning of the room and the the room itself was spacious and very well maintained. It's located in a very friendly neighborhood, great especially for the choice of restaurants, about a 10-15 minute walk from the Vatican. I'm sure to come back next time I'm in Rome!

  : The place was not nearly as nice as shown on the photos. Our rain shower was broken and the room was quite tiny and noisy.

  : We really loved:- the room size- the location- the pretty view- the building - the comfy bed and pillows- the friendly staff
  : The main problem of our room ( the first one on the right) was that it actually made part of an apartment with the room next to us, and the common door wasn't soundproof. The privacy was gone and you could really hear (loud) the voices from the other room. Another thing we didn't like at all was the sandstone on the floor - really cold and there were no slippers. Also, the bathroom is really small and its door wasn't soundproof either. The cleanliness can be improved (there was a lot of dust behind the nightstands, but in general it was on point.

  : The cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly hostess Paola. The accommodation is also very accessible.
  : We made arrangements with Paola to leave our luggage outside the rooms for check out, as we had a very early Vatican excursion booked and would only be back after check out time. She said that she will make a bathroom available to freshen up when we come back. ( We were a party of 10 people) On our return from the Vatican, we were rudely "shoved out" without having time to freshen up by the new hostess for the day. Please make sure about the arrangements before check out or hostess changes.
