  : The location is really convenient for a trip in Rome. The room is quite comfortable and Rafaela is a really kind and helpful.

  : Rooms were nice and clean.Location was good.Initially its hard to find the location as there were not big signs mentioned but once we were able to communicate with Property manager, everything got sorted afterwards.Metro was 300 meter away and from there we can reach to all the destinations including Roma Termini within 15 minutes and for people who loves to walk, they can reach to center of Rome as major locations were 30 to 40 minutes walk away.There are some very good restaurants nearby to this location and it was safe also to walk in the area even late in the night.The location suits those who want to visit Vatican primarily as its just 10 minutes walk from guest house.
  : Rooms were good but please note that its a guest house which means rooms within one big apartment are being given.Only down side about this property was that from pics shown on booking.com appears to give an illusion about some of the amenities like fridge and coffee machine that these are located in individual room but actually they are in the common area and because of this the property seems to a bit high on the price range given the fact that you are paying almost 100 euro per day.Apart from that everything was good!!!!!!!!!!!!

  : It’s nice and comfy. They provided tea and sweets to guests. The location was great, close to most shops and restaurants plus walking distance to the Vatican and short trips to most attractions. The staff Raphaela is very helpful and guided us to reach the hotel easily.
  : climbing up the stairs to get to the room. I also feel short changed as I paid for a double bed room with an extra bed as my son isn’t comfortable sleeping with me. But the extra bed has no linen and pillow so he still ended up sleeping with me. Nobody was in the reception as the staff only comes to receive guests. I paid extra amount for nothing, it isn’t fair!
