  : Very simple room that felt tired and in need of an update. The room smelt like cigarettes, bathroom was dirty and facilities were run down.

  : Nothing ! ExceptThe location is not too bad.
  : Our room was disgusting. This is NOT a 4 star hotel! We immediately went to front desk and asked for a better room but he said this was not possible as they were full. We said we did not want to stay there. He had no solution, and even told her we had a ‘luxury’ room!The bathroom’s shower had mold, hair left on the walls, the stall covered with some orange plastic that was peeling.. we asked for blanket ( there were only bedsheets on the bed) and he brought ont while we went for supper. We searched for another place to move to and found something for the following day ( we had pre-paid for three nights). It was dark and we stayed the first night . When we woke up, we saw everything in daylight : the blanket he brought us had brown stains! The shower full of mold, the AC leaking on the floor , the weird walls covered with a grey cloth, the overall state of the room that needed a major over-haul. And the restaurant was closed- so no breakfast included. We went downstairs and told the front desk man we were leaving and asking for a refund. He spoke to his boss and offered an upgrade , as now it was suddenly available . We said it was too late, he should have told last night! And oh! They were going To give us breakfast at a next door restaurant if we stayed, but not if we left, but they still refused to reimburse us. I showed him all the pictures we took in the room: he didn’t seem to think the state of the room was wrong! He said his boss would get back to me later that day, but he never did.I wrote to this complaint department again next day, and the response was still the same: no refund, except for the city tax if I followed some process ( which I’m still waiting for).

  : Location great, Rest was horrible. 1 star backpackers place, not 4 star like advertised. Even staff admitted its far from a 4 star hotel
  : Bed was worn out. It had visible dips in it, and if you tried to sleep two normal sized adult you basically rolled down to the middle as it was a huge ditch. Room had almsot no light, just ornage wired light. Dangerous exposed steel beams, No real bathromm, only a toilet. Sink in the romm and shower in a a small closet entrapment without lights. No cleaning ubless you got out of the room when the staf kocked on the dorr at 9, event with a do not disturb sign. Room is a backpacker style 1 star room, looks horrible and teh orange lightning made us feel naucsious. Asked repidetay to change to a normal room, but staff just said we will look into it, maybe tomorrow. Asked to leave and change hotel, but refused a refund so we were stuck. They could not fix the bed.Single worst hotel room i ever stayed at. Have repidetay contacted boooking dot com and hotel but no help during or after our stay. Aksed for money back as this is not 4 star as advertised, its 1 star
