: Location, location, location, cleanliness, and quite quiet as well. Innkeeper Roberto is a delight.
: We arrived very early in the day and there was a wait to get in the Inn, which is one floor (six rooms) in a historic property. Better coordination on our part probably would have fixed the situation.

: A quirky and interesting hotel with an excellent location by restaurants and just over a block from colosseum. About six rooms on the second floor with a nice patio, a shared refrigerator, a kitchen sink half way down the hall and interesting decor. A staff person is there for a couple hours each morning and also at prearranged times to greet new arrivals. There are four restaurants, a gelateria and a mini Mart within a few steps from the front door. During the day we were sometimes the only people there.
: No paper towels or wiping cloths. You won't know you're there until you're standing in front of the double doors and looking for a small brass plate saying Nakissa. It's overshadowed by a bigger plate advertising the PABA Hotel which is visible from the street and is a similar operation but on the third floor

: Location was great. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. There are many options for eating around hotel. Hospitality was great and the owner of hotel take care with us very kindly.

: Perfect location, everything close in a walking distance, that was super comfortable, helpful and nice stafff
: Very thin wall between the neighbour, we could hear everything even small sounds from the neighbours bathroom and room. Room window to inner yard, so it was silent in the room during the night, however due to restaurant downstairs we couldnt open the window as all room would smell like fries from the restaurant. There was no ventilation unless we used air conditioner
