  : It is in a good location
  : The apartment is not as shown by booking.com It is small and the basement room is too small & inconvenient. It's bathroom (can it be called a bathroom?) is small enough for toddlers. Instead of the ill designed stairs going to the basement, they can have a slide (at least the kids can be happy). It's mobile charging points are inconveniently placed.

  : We were met at the apartment by a representative of the host who was punctual and showed us around. Its in a fab location with lots going on around it. Bit noisy at night as lively if you have small children ours are older so it was no problem. Slight issue with the shower but soon sorted. Lovely stay and would recommend

  : The location of this apartment is incredible - just metres from several great (non touristy) restaurants and bars, and about 1 min walk to Piazza Navona. Pierluigi who met us with keys was very helpful with arranging transport to and from the airport and also really responsive when I pointed out the shower was broken and had it fixed within hours.
  : The fact the shower head in one bathroom was broken made for a very unsatisfactory first morning! However, it was at least fixed quickly. One other issue was we couldn't access the apartment until 90 minutes after the advertised check in time, but as they had helpfully let us drop bags there much earlier, this didn't make a huge difference to us.

  : The only thing is good for this property is its location.
  : The rest was very disapointing. I had an impresison that the host tried to squeeze from the client as much as its possible: Even though booking sent a clear instructions and details, host tried to tell us different rules; about checkin time, extra payment for late checkin, check out and etc. The cleanless of the house was under 0. the photos in booking, I am guessing are 10 years old. e.g. the sofa was all in scratches and leather worn. Also the house is very small, which was not clear from the photos and there is only 1 window for the whoel house.

  : The location was great, in the heart of Rome. Wifi is excellent!
  : The bathroom downstairs could be better. The shower is unuseful- it is simply attached in the wall with no cabin, and it is impossible to use it. The bathroom is all wet after taking the shower.

  : Location, location, location. It is a very short walk to the Piazza Navona and within walking distance of all the main attractions. There are countless restaurants, shops, and bars within a short distance of the unit.
  : The photos are not exactly as the conditions are..... both stairwells are steep and difficult to navigate, the second bathroom is not a full bath as the shower is over the sink and the entire room gets wet, the other bath smelled poorly the entire time, Also, the combined living, dining and kitchen areas are very small. Fortunately, we were so busy we really only slept at the unit.
