  : Location is fantastic, near a very vibrant area full of cocktail bars and restaurants, but the hotel is not noisy at all.
  : The room we had (Black room) was far worse than the others. The pictures are probably accurate for the other rooms, not for the black one. As you can see from the pictures, the bathroom was so small there was no space for the sink and it had to stay outside in the room. While showering, you had the great (ironic) choice between using the curtain - and suffering the usual disgusting hug from the curtain - or not using it and flooding the small toilet and risking your life with the boiler just 20cm in front of the shower. The sink wasn't draining properly, so the water was stagnating outside the sink and also inside the water pipes, so the result was a disgusting smell you could sense in the room. The bed didn't have bed covers but only bedsheets. As a result, if you move a bit in the bed, you quickly uncover the mattress that is obvisouly annoying and not hygenical. Moreover, the mattress was problably very old and it squeaked if you moved only one arm. Last but not least, the door handle was broken so you couldn't properly separate the bedroom and the other room (with a sofa and the sink). I understand this is a cheap accomodation for that location, but certain negative things as descripted are not expensive at all to be fixed, you would just need a bit of an effort. The other rooms seemed great, why waste the reputation of all the hotel for just one room? The property didn't even try to understand our issues and it was reached by Booking.com only after several calls - with no results.

  : No breakfast. Location excellent.
  : Bathroom fan made a terrible rattle sound that made it difficult to have the light on. Beds and pillows were lumpy/uncomfortable. The bathroom door handle came off in our hands on the first day. The shower was so small we could barely reach our arms over our heads without bumping elbows on the sides. There was no way to get WiFi unless you left the room and sat out in the common area.

  : Great location with lots of shops, bars and restaurants.Direct bus to/from termini train station. We came by car and parked our car there at parking Park Giolitti (20 minute bus ride). 20 euro a day.Good airco.Well explained check-in process.No noise from neighboring rooms.
  : We had our room (red room) at the street side and it was just too noisy during the night, especially during the weekend. Single pane glass and windows that do not firmly close do not muffle the sound at all, so I do really blame the apartment. Kicking glass bottles around until 2-3 am seems to be the local sport, and then around 7 the street sweepers wake you up again.The room and especially the bathroom were not as nice as the rooms shown on the pictures.

  : Located in a the central area, close to several good restaurants and the sightseeings We could walk everywhere in max. 30 minutes. Luca is helpful, the self check-in works great, the rooms are clean.
  : You need to go out to the hall for Wi-Fi, the signal is too weak in the room. The walls are thin, so sometimes it can be noisy.

  : It was clean, easy to access by an self check in system.Room was clean, nice and with an air con, bathroom a bit small but functional. Go for some drinks to Cybo, they had an DJ playing some nice music to ur drinks

  : The location was perfect, and the room very quiet (I think we were the only guests in the 8-room hotel)
  : We never met the manager, but had to do everything on our own, locking ourselves in with a door code, finding the key in a box and putting the tourist fee there in cash, taking photos of our passports and sending them to an e-mail address. No service at all, and therefore a totally unpersonal experience. The towels were changed every other day, but during our 6 days' stay the room wasn't cleaned or the beds made even once.
