  : Great location. 2mins from Metro Vittorio Emanuele II.
  : Common areas of the building is in a bad state, need a revamp. Lift is very old.Room:Sticky flooring.Shower head is fixed, meaning you cannot wash well and have to wear a shower cap not to wet the hair. Had to ask for shower caps for the ladies.Water drips from shower head every so often, even at night. Water too hot and to get it less hot, the pressure is very low meaning there is a low pressure on the cold system.Wash hand basin has only hot water.Tile with bathroom frame is missing with visible sand.One bed's mattress is smaller than bed's frame so if you sit at its edge the mattress goes down (inside the frame).Room temperature too hot and too noisy if window is opened. AC remote not available in the room.Service:Towels changed every 3 days.Wifi is a disaster.

  : Really close to everything, metro, tram, central train station. 20 minutes by foot to the colosseum.
  : Really small room, minuscule, just a room and a bathroom.

  : Dirty room and very loud! no sound isolation from the streets

  : Very good value for the money. 10 minutes close to Colloseum and 2 minutes walk to metro station. Staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful.
  : It’s a bit confusing to find the property, no window view, air conditioning wasn’t working corectly, the room was actually quite small.

  : With a small renovation the rooms would be exceptional, the cleaning was very good, but the building îs old
