  : amazing location, 1 block away from Termini station, near all public transportation. since we were a group and had a whole room for ourselves the staff greeted us with fresh fruit, sweets, chocolates, 1 bottle Prosecco, water, that was a really considerate present.
  : cleaning could be improved, rusty shelf inside the shower has to be changed, also in the kitchen (the drying shelf)

  : Its clean. You have what you paid, the rooms are comfortable. It's near to Termini and also to a walk distance from the historic center
  : The breakfast its just coffee and some pasticceria.

  : I didn’t like nothing but anyway the money spent there wasn’t mine so I don’t care
  : The disorganisation of that awful hostel is huge! The receptionist at the check in he didn’t even have had any clue whatsoever about his job but anyway the whole management there is useless, are all from Bangladesh starting from the manager because at the check out, fortunately I’ve been there only one night, he was arguing with a group of customers shouting screaming swearing rising his voice and whistling at them to get their attention, the cleaner putting himself in the middle had already messed up with the electronic key let them waiting at least 10 minutes and so the guests was complaining about it! A big mess! Unbelievable!

  : Quiet and peaceful street next to Termini station. Large room located in a separate building. Daily cleaning. Locks at the entrance, the floor and the room, which creates a sense of security. Upstairs there were 3 rooms with a shared fully equipped kitchen. Heating + air conditioning. Excellent communication with staff. A compliment-bottle of wine.
  : The hot water comes slowly.

  : The staff is super friendly, they will help you out with everything. Location is perfect - there is a cool Basilica close to see and all buses & metro is 5 min away.
  : Breakfast has absolutely nothing except for coffee and cheap pastries, but it is good value for money.
