  : overall good. air condition was working, beds were confy, room spacy and sunny.
  : first i got an awfull room, with no window (or one), very dark room. Moreover the beds were separated iven if i asked for a large doublebed. when i said i wasnt happy with it they gave me a better room.

  : I think the price was fair and convenient for the location and that you can walk to every major attraction in the city.
  : Checking in was very complicated. The address on the website it’s wrong and on that street the no3 don’t exist. After calling 3 times I got instructions and where to walk to get my key.Also about the city tax the staff was very weird, the man said he will come at midnight to get the money( for me being alone was very uncomfortable to have a stranger in my room at midnight)and he didn’t accept to get the money the next days or for me to leave it in the room. The room was ok, but not very clean there were also some small insects walking around.

  : We made a reservation for 2 rooms (one double, one single) and we received one room with 2 beds ( see pictures below). The lady at the reception said she didn t have our reservation, so she had to improvise. We were very dissapointed, asked for explanations, but she said we can cancel if we want, leaving us without a place to sleep. At some point she even yelled at us, saying that if we continue to ask for explanations, she will cancel the reservation from Booking herself, as she was allowed to do that. Since we initially paid for 2 rooms, and received one, we asked for a discount - she said this was not possible.We had to stay in one room, as we didn t have any other option, but it was the worst booking experience ever. I do not recommend it.

  : What was good is the location. This is really close to everything (depends on the building u got).There are towels and hair dryer, air conditioner what saves lives during the summer in Rome.Nice guys at the reception point.
  : Firstly - when we came to collect the key (u collect the key from the different place u live) we got the info that there is no place in the building we’ve booked, what wasn’t the best first impression. They found another one room in totally different place but still … when u’re coming as a tourist from a different country and this is what u got at a “welcome” … that’s scary. Secondly - there was super cold water in a shower for a night and a next morning so we couldn’t take a shower after the long long day in almost 40 degrees. Last one - there was no soap to clean hands, no any shower gel or shampoo, no any trash can so u cannot leave this place clean even if u want to
