  : The location was near the place where I had to go for my business.
  : First, it was written there would have been the parking but when we arrived the staff told us it wasn’t so and that we had to look for a place to park on the road nearby. Second, the room (all of them, actually) was in the basement. Third, it was not so clean and the cleaning lady who was supposed to come once every two days didn’t. Fourth, the “kitchen area” was a microwave and a coffee machine, with plenty of cups which were not always clean. Last but not least, there is no reception. There is a guy (who I think is the owner) and it seemed to me that he didn’t really care about us at all: when we asked for the parking he told us to find a place on the road on our own; when we asked where we could go to have dinner he replied “use google”, and when we had to give him back the keys I had to ring the bell about 5 times before he actually attended us, causing us delays. In conclusion, it seemed to us that that the owner took advantage of the fact that many people needed a place to stay in the neighbour during that week because of a business event and raised extremely the price failing in providing an appropriate service.

  : Daniel was terrific,we was friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The room was cleaned every day and provided fresh towels! Very nice hot shower.
  : The property was a bit farther from the Metro than I thought it would be. The Bus 913 stopped in front of the hotel. Once we got the hang of the bus, we used it more than the subway! It took about 40 mins to get into the heart of Rome!

  : Location a bit out of downtown, but price compensates the transport costs.

  : The staff is friendly.
  : Well, the wall are not properly isolated so we need to hear our neighbors tv and more till 2 o'clock in the night. Each night was the same and we did complain but with no result. At some point I went myself to next room to ask them to be quiet.Breakfast was just horrible, only sweet croissants and not fresh bread, no fruits. Last day I did not went anymore because was nothing to eat for me there. Last night they stop the central warming and was cold so we get frozen and sick. Really not happy about this.
