  : After two nights of our stay, we found bed bugs in the beds of our hotel room. We immediately informed the hotel staff. They offered us a different room which was nice but we still felt the bugs running over us during the night and we woke with more bites than the previous day. We left with severe bites on our arms, chest, neck, and face which are very itchy and painful. In the aftermath of these events, we tediously had to disinsect everything we took on this vacation including luggage and delicate and/or expensive possessions, risking damaging them. In addition to that, we now face the risk of bringing the infestation onto our homes which would inevitably lead to needing costly professional disinsection help. We therefore would like to file a complaint and seek a refund.We later found a review of this hotel from 22nd September 2023 complaining about bed bugs as well – obviously this is an untackled issue.We are sorry that we have to report such thing because otherwise, our stay at the hotel was really pleasant, but sadly, this is such a significant problem we cannot disregard.
