  : Close to Termini railway station. Nice English speaking personal. Clean and silent room. Good WiFi connection.
  : I expected room to be a bit larger. Shower is really tiny. Furniture and carpets look old. I think there is no other source of fresh air except the window, but if you open it you hear noisy street.

  : I received a call from the front desk my first morning at 10:00 AM informing me that I had to vacate my room immediately, now. I informed the desk that I had just arisen and was in the shower naked. The reason for the call was explained: they were changing all of the mattresses on my floor and I had no choice. I was also told that it was impossible for me to have just arisen as it was 10:00 AM! We discussed at length that it was indeed possible for a guest suffering from jet lag to sleep in quite late, but no reason was needed. Cant we sleep when we want to in this hotel. So, I drug myself out of the room in five minutes flat (time I was given) and saw utter chaos in the halls with mattresses strewn all about. What a disaster of a place.

  : I went to the restaurant recommended by this hotel, because they offer welcome drink for free. But they charged the welcome drinks to us. Although I complained to the hotel and restaurant, both of them never refunded to us. Very rude and irresponsible staff in this hotel. It was uncomfortable stay and disappointed with what they did to me.
