  : The location was the only good point. (note that it is not the one on booking or google map they moved us to another building) We had no wifi for the whole night, a window with a door that was unlocked the shower was disgusting, the bed not comfortable at all and a very bad service because nobody accepted to speak with us.
  : Everything, first of all the employees were really rude and threatened to call the police when we complained about the situation + the pictures do not look like the hotel and they will direct you to another building it is not the one on google map. I had a very bad experience and i could not speak with any one who was competent. I’m saving that as an easy person but really it was horrible.

  : The entrance and reception were gorgeous. The staff were nice and professional. The hotel is in an ideal location, shame about the poor facilities and hygiene/cleaning standards.
  : Firstly, when I arrived and was told I would be in the annex which was several doors down from the hotel, despite making my booking months ago and not being advised prior to arriving. Even though my colleagues and I booked at the same time, they were in the hotel and not the annex. I was taken to the annex by a member of staff, which was somewhat of a maze and something similar to a scene from a horror film. The Annex looked empty, with no other guests. The room itself had a smell as though no one has been in there since the pandemic. The bed linen was course and the overall decor was tacky and unpleasant. The musty smell was intolerable. Therefore, I had to request a room in the hotel that cost me an additional 50 euros. Furthermore, I was travelling for work and there were no ironing facilities to iron my work attire for my meetings as well as no full length mirror. The only mirror was in bathroom. The room was hot. Therefore, I did not sleep very well as well as I did not wish to sleep with my balcony doors open all night. The room was very dusty, the headboard of the bed needed a good clean, and the TV looked like someone vomited on it. In addition, there was no duvet, 2 fitted sheets were used to cover the duvet. Totally unacceptable conditions leading to a stressful stay.

  : The location of the hotel is perfect, all main attractions at walking distance. Breakfast was amazing too and all staff where very helpful and friendly. Room cleaned daily and towels and toiliteries changed and added daily too. Would highly recommend.
  : The room was too warm to our liking and since we had no balcony we could only leave window ajar since it was in a shaft.

  : The separate building is pretty bad quality. Not so clean, everything look old and smell. Staff was not welcoming.
