: I liked the location, cleanliness, the facilities in the room
: The stuff are not giving an enough information even if you ask, i asked about a tour bus take me and my family around Roma, the guy book me a high price company with an old bus owned by very bad company, I couldnt finish my trip!!. The worst thing happened to me ever in my all travels around the world and different hotels is that no body in the hotel bother themselves to explain anything, i parked my rental car in the hotel garage and no body told me it close overnight and reopen at 6am, if I knew that, I could drop off the car at the main station at the night before my travel and use Uber to transfer my family to airport, i was ready to move to the airport from 5:30am but i was waiting in the front disc, when garage opens, it takes around 20 minutes to deliver my car, a guy with other car was waiting to me to move my car while putting my bags in the car and he was screeming like crazy and my kids was scary and crying!! the rush our already started in the way to airport + 2 car accidents and very heavy traffic which caused that I couldnt fill the gas in the car the company charges me around 200 Euros, I couldnt catch my flight just for 8 minutes!! At the first time of my life, i booked other air tickets for my family costs me 780 euros + I lost my tax refund around 900 euros due to long queue in the airport. Lack of information made my trip very bad at end , i loved Roma , but im definitely not going to book at Elizabeth hotel Roma again.
