  : Location was good as we were within walking distance to shops, restaurants and sights. Bedsheets and towels were clean. Owner was very kind and helpful in arranging transportation to and from the train station.
  : There was mould in every washroom and in the kitchen area around the sink. Main shower leaked water all over the floor. Drains were slow causing water to pool in the showers and sinks. There were scratches on all of the walls making the whole place look very old and poorly maintained. We travel a lot and have stayed at many properties but this was a big letdown. The pictures were totally misleading (showing other larger suites in the building as a collection of images) and what we thought was a nice space was instead a tiny two bedroom with barely enough space for two adults and three teenagers. The floor was not clean so we had to keep our shoes on the whole time! And, they just provided sheets on the beds! There were no comforters. According to the manager of the suite (who appeared to be in a rush to leave even though we checked in during regular hours), its summertime in Rome and you dont need comforters at this time of year as its hot at night and so we dont use them here! The kids were cold at night, unhappy and totally hated it. On the last night we actually found comforters stored below one of the beds but they were dirty. Not impressed.

  : The overall cleanliness, layout and location of the property was great and what I had expected and hoped for based on description and reviews. Location was great for walking all over the city, being close to restaurants and quiet at night.
  : There were very little provisions for living in the apartment which are needed when staying for a short visit. Things like soap in the soap dispensers, dish liquid for the kitchen sink and blankets for the bed as there was only one thin sheet to sleep under, barely enough toilet paper. The kitchen had nothing stocked or tea towels, very little kitchen ware. We hadn't realized the sofa bed wouldn't be prepared for us unless requested and so the manager who let us in said he would make a request for someone to come make it up for us which they never did. We tried messaging through booking.com requesting the sofa bed which was part of the property description as well as blankets as we were cold at night but got no response.

  : We stayed on the 3rd floor (4 guests room), the apartment is quite a big and comfy, there is everything you need for a long and a short stay. Nice host
  : Apartment was quite dirty (floor/bathroom), there was a drainage smell in one of the bathrooms. Duvet covers are open so you always contact with the used duvet

  : the shower in the small appartement needs a renovation urgently! full of mold. and when booking more then two nights I expect clean towels, gel shower , and enough toilet papers !!!
