  : Location is great.Room is clean and the property in general is very well designed.
  : Great you would reckon. Also considering the soundproof check mark you see when booking but then you can't sleep unless using earplugs..As it was "winter"(17-20 degrees celsius outside) inside temperature reached 31 Celsius, making it hard to sleep.Reason, climate control was centralized. So they could have considered actual comfort for sleeping, after all it's a sleeping room you need...

  : The location is absolutely fantastic and allowed us to visit central Rome mostly on foot. The street on which our room faced (Via Reginella) was very quiet. The room is quite big, and the shower and toilet are in two separate rooms which for us was a plus. The furniture was mostly ok, and the room was decorated with ok-to-look-at framed pictures.
  : We were told before arriving that our room was located in the "dependence", in Via Reginella 14/A, and not in Almait's official address listed on Booking. There is actually no "dependence" of the original Guesthouse, it's simply a room in a different residential building, which probably used to be a flat and has been converted for renting it on Booking. This is not a Guesthouse in the real sense of the word, which means being guests in someone else's house, it's simply what we in Italy would call an "affittacamere" (room for rent).We never saw the actual Almait residence so we don't know how it looks like or what facilities it offers: everything was done via Whatsapp, and our keys were left in a locker next to Almait's entrance. We never met anyone from the property in the week we stayed there, nor we received any instructions on how things worked (housekeeping, services offered, etc.) except those we needed to access the room. The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival: the shower and toilet sported long hairs here and there, there were half used cleaning products in the shower left by a previous host, and half-eaten food in the fridge. We asked to remove these products and the property did send someone around to remove the items, but they managed to leave still some of the uneaten food in the fridge. Housekeeping was done daily, but we had no way of knowing when during the day; one afternoon the cleaning lady arrived when we were in the room and left saying she didn't have time to come back later. The room was unfinished and electric cables hung loose in two rooms. One day housekeeping left in our toilet a full bottle of Supermarket-bought anti-dandruff shampoo. No idea why.In general, we felt that while money was put into converting and refurbishing the room at the start, now the property tries to run everything as cheaply as possible.

  : I’m very disappointed with the staff. I called a guy and told him there is no heating in the apartman and his answer was: tomorrow…So we had to sleep in cold room. Internet also stopped working, the answer was same: tomorrow…As We spent one night, the answer tomorrow was not acceptable. I do not recommend. Much money little service.

  : Very quiet, despite being so close to the city center. No noise at all from neighboring rooms or apartments.
  : Room was huge, but lacked any counter-space or desk-space. Just one tiny desk that was mostly consumed by the Nespresso maker and coffee cups.

  : Great location, nice and modern design, friendly staff, clean, good value
  : A lot of noise from outside, making it difficult to have a proper sleep (even for a heavy sleeper like me). Partially it is because of the location since there restaurants very close, however it felt like the sound insulation of the windows was not adequate to reduce the noise levels coming from outside.

  : Location is amazing. Perfect in the middle of the city close to major landmarks. Also a lot of restaurants close by!
  : Perhaps checking that the apartment has sufficient products such as toilet paper -a bench in the bathroom would be preferred as well. The TV was also in another language (Russian) and we could not find a way to change the language.
