  : Great location. Simona was very nice and easy check in process.
  : Not quite as clean as I had hoped, and one night our electricity wasn’t working because of the water heater, so we had to wait for door man to come and fix it late at night.

  : The proprietor was greedy and overbearing; she tried to charge me twice; kept nagging me via WhatsApp; charges a high cleaning fee when the daily price is already too much. The place was ordinary and small; very over-rated and over-priced. The bed was uncomfortable because the mattress had a slope. When you pay, take a screen shot of the receipt! Very poor phone reception inside the apartment.

  : Great lokation, huge appartement. Safe area. Shopping just sround the corner and walking distance to everything.

  : Simona was fantastic ... arranged taxi to and from airport/met us at the apartment/was always only a phone call away for assistance. Couldn't have been happier with the support/location/amenities/etc./etc.
  : Only one minor thing was there was some noise early-morning but hey ... you're right in the middle-of-Rome and at a great location to see the sites so what do you expect? It's not like they're still wrapping the wagon-wheels in burlap so you're not disturbed when they're delivering store-supplies at night (a little Roman history I recall from school).

  : Great comfortable beds, plenty of space, great property! Simona is a wonderful host with a very informative guidebook!!!
  : It’s a very small thing but the shower head in the master bedroom is no good but everything else was great

  : very clean, excellent location, great value for money. It was very central with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and short walks to most of the great attractions.

  : Nice apartment on a great location: all the best tourist spots are within walking distance from here. Supermarket and bus stop around the corner. The apartment really has everything you need for a short stay: well furnished kitchen, large closet and even a small washing machine. Simona is a lovely host who responds promptly to messages and makes sure you have everything you need. Airconditioning works a dream, which is a huge advantage if you are travelling in July.
  : Hygiene could have been better: especially the fridge needs a good cleaning. There’s not a lot of natural light on the apartment- which is not really a problem in summer as you will keep the sun out anyway.But it probably gets a bit dark in winter. The view is nog great either: an internal patio filled with garbage.

  : Simona was very helpful and helped to arrange a taxi from the airport to the apartment.Check in was easy and there was a helpful folder with information for our stay in Rome.Situation was excellent and we could walk to most attractions very easily. It was great to have aircon in summer as it was very hot in Rome when we were there.We enjoyed our stay in Rome Holiday Home.
  : Shower didn't drain very well. Only 3 wine glasses.
