  : the location was excellent. close enough to all the important places,but far enough to enjoy less touristic bars and restaurants

  : The location of the accommodation is located near the city center. We mainly used the metro for transport. The subway station was about 15 minutes from the accommodation. The breakfasts were tasty and typically Italian. Italian freshly baked pastries and coffee, both of your choice. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor in a building with an elevator. The apartment has an entrance hall, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with a toilet and bidet, with enough towels. There is also a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a supermarket and several nice restaurants nearby.
  : The house is apparently undergoing long-term reconstruction, which sometimes disturbed us.

  : Well stocked and cool apartment during the hot days, kind and helpful host. Great en-suite and the free breakfast was a nice touch (we saw complaints that it was "just a croissant" but an Italian coffee and huge filled croissant definitely gave us a few hours in the morning).
  : Unfortunately the construction happening outside was quite loud at times

  : huge room with beautiful old fashioned bookcase. nearly 30 min on foot to the colosseum. perfect location for long trips.

  : Lovely place and a great host who made it super easy to check-in. It is very hot in Rome (2023 heat wave) and the mobile AC unit is noisy to keep on all night but we had a fan, for me, I found it hot at night my partner was ok.
