  : Nice location right next to San Pietro train station and an easy walk to Vatican City. Room was clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. The AC worked great and the patio area was a nice place to relax after a day of walking around. We would stay here again.

  : Located close to the city center. Large balcony - terrace overlooking the Vatican. The owner of the apartment responds quickly to messages.
  : This is not a hotel as stated. This is an apartment in a residential building with a shared kitchen. Something like a mini hostel. The four-bed room is a small double room with two extra folding beds. There is absolutely no place to put and unfold the suitcase. There is no place to put clothes either. The apartment windows overlook directly the railway station. Noise of trains passing and stopping, arrival announcements, a lot of noise. Sleep is not possible. We did not rest at all. The air conditioning in the room is very old. The washbasin is leaking, the owner warned about this and the announcement was written apparently quite a long time ago. You have to remove water after washing.Bed linen and towels are not fresh. Bed linen is not ironed. There was a feeling that they had already slept on it. White towels are not bleached, gray in color.

  : Great location and free parking in central Rome. Very secure and reasonably comfortable. The cafe beneath serves great croissants.
  : Very weird place. Much more like a chic hostel than a hotel or resort. The strangest thing was that there were no staff. We were greeted by a guy, told to pay him cash and that was it, for two days. Not great for finding out information but I guess we were the only guests during this time.

  : The owners ar really nice people and really went the extra mile to help us out when we had trouble finding the place even though they were insecure about their English skills. There was a lot of pflether and glitter so if that's your thing you're definitely in the right place! Location is geographically very nice! Just outside the busy center but very close and accessible with public transportation.
  : The bed kinda grossed me out a bit as the head piece of the bed was really worn and you could clearly see the exact place people had been "sleeping". The water pressure was crazy (which usually is a good thing) but the showerhead came down form it's little holder and we couldn't get it back on so we held it in our hands while showering. Also we woke up to the lovely sound of our neighbors continuesly vomiting at 7 am... Obviously the hotel can't help that but it's good to know the room wasn't sound proof. The neighborhood is a bit dodgy but the location is amazing (next to the Saint Pieter church) and next to the train station. We also did not see any garden or balcony like the foto's suggested. Finally you get breakfast at this small place around the corner which is nice, I just really didn't like the quality of the croissant (but I guess that's personal).

  : The apartment was very nice, 2 rooms both ensuite, which was a big surprise. The kitchen was a little bit small, especially for 6 adults. The terrace was another surprise. Due to the weather we could actually sit outside at night and have a glass of wine. The location was all right, next to the train station, and it didn't disturb us at all, and there were also regular bus service. The terrace could be a terric place in summer. The Vatican was within walking distance and all other tourist attractions were easily reached by bus.
  : There isn't enough packing space in the rooms. Also a kettle would have been nice.

  : Location. Very close to train and bus stations.The owner was very pleasant and nice guy with prepared offers, ideas, maps. He sent sms with map of nearest shops, restaurants.Nice patio we didn ´t enjoy because of rain.
  : We miss breakfast as was offered in advert.Kitchen was cold, dumpy a badly equipped. There was mold in bathrooms and even in the room.
