  : It took 30 min of running water to finally get warm water for shower (poor water pressure, totally not environment friendly) Breakfast of no choice but sweet snacks and coffee

  : Hosts were very welcoming. A good complimentary breakfast was offered daily and brought up to the room, which was a pleasant surprise (orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate, chocolate pastry, biscuits, bread and jam). The place was kept very clean. Good wi-fi, nice small terrace at the front of the house for relaxing a bit in the eve. Supermarket right next to the property. Quiet area but many restaurants close by, a short walk away from the Vatican.
  : Air conditioner was old and noisy. The light on top of the bathroom mirror was not working, but to be fair I did not let the hosts know.

  : Everything was as expected our hosts were lovely and so welcoming we were always greeted with cheerful and happy faces every morning. Happy to help and wanted to make sure their guests knew how to get to the sights and where they were going what buses and trains to get. I was there on my birthday and was greeted in the room in the evening with a card and sparkling wine to celebrate.

  : Great stay - large, clean room rooms, very good bed. Hosts are extremely friendly and helpfull. We had the room with the terrace, so breakfast (standard, but OK for us as we are no breakfast people) in the morning sun. Location is near the Vatican, if you want to visit the centre of Rome, you have to take the train (station 5 min walk) to get to the subway. We had a fantastic time. Little advise : use the bikes of the B&B or rent an electrical (200m from the B&B).

  : The room was spacious
  : The location is far from the city center or the Vatican, with no metro stations near. We have to climb to the first floor with our luggage via very narrow stairs. The room is very noisy, we could hear everything happening on the street below us. Finally, the breakfast is supposedly served in the room, but there are no chairs or table.
