  : The general ambiance of the apartment and area. Tea and coffee facilities etc much apreciated.
  : A chair or something to set my clothes on when undressing would be a useful addition to all the cupboard space.

  : The room was a nice size and had a balcony and it's located next to the bus and metro stops, making it easy to get into the city center. It's a bit too far to walk. There are also several good restaurants around.
  : First of all, we added a night to our reservation, arriving a night earlier. It was confirmed TWICE by the hotel - once in advance and once on the day of arrival in the afternoon. Upon arrival at 10:30pm after a delayed flight, I wrote the host we had arrived and they said our reservation wasn't until the next day. I showed her the confirmation of our conversation and she said they made a mistake but could send us to another place about a km away. I had to ask for her to pay for the taxi there, she didn't offer. This other room was smaller and not anywhere near as nice as the one we booked. In the morning, they also turned off the electricity without notifying us and we had to leave the room with wet hair and uncharged phones. Then, when we arrived at the other place, the room wasn't ready for us. I asked the host to give us some kind of discount because 1) We had to take time out of our vacation to change rooms. 2) The other room was not nice and not the same quality as what we booked plus the electricity was cut off. 3) She made a big mistake that was caused a lot of hassle for us. She said "I can't afford to give you a discount. If you want, go to another hotel". So, since we didn't want to lose any more time from our vacation, we stayed. On our last morning, the toilet also flooded our room, as it's a very old septic system. I called the host and she said "She'd deal with it after check-out". She didn't offer us any solution or ask if we needed another way to use the bathroom. I had to ask her for extra towels for the shower and we had no bathroom to use for the rest of the morning. All in all, this host was only worried about her money and not worried AT ALL about the guests. The lack of hospitality and responsibility for everything added a giant amount of unnecessary stress to our trip. DO NOT STAY HERE!

  : Walls are paper thin, I've heard snoring from the other room. House cleaning would come at 8-9am so goodbye a longer sleep. BED was BROKEN. Breakfast is a joke - nothing fresh, u'll find a white bread and melted cheese product, but no butter, everything else is sweets only.
