  : The customer service was very poor. The shower was leaking. I complained after the first night and they did not fix it. I complained again after the 2nd night and they did fix it finally. I was there for 3 nights and since I had an issue 2 out of 3 nights I refused to pay the city tax and asked for additional compensation. I was asked to contact booking.com for additional compensation. Booking.com did not provide any additional compensation. They said that the 50euro I didn’t pay as city tax was adequate compensation. This is less than 10% of my total reservation of 625 euro. This is not acceptable as I had a major inconvenience for 2 out of 3 nights.

  : location in terms of distance to main attractions, metro and local bars and cafes is good. only 15m walk from main attractions. metro station right outside. same for cafes. bars and restaurants are within 10 minutes walk or less. however, the streets where the hotel is located is dirty and there were homeless people sleeping in front of the hotel door most of the times. room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed. bathroom was also cleaned and working, including hot water.
  : the staff is not friendly. the a/c was not working when I arrived and when I asked the receptionist about it, I was informed there was no fan or a/c. only after complaining about it, showing the reservation mentioned room with a/c, they decided to investigate and turn it on, on the electricity panel! the bed is súper noisy! every single movement makes a lot of noise.furniture is old and the wood was peeling.the windows didn’t close therefore you could hear the noise from outside.you don’t have direct access to the hotel as it is in a building so you need to ring so someone can open the main door for you. can be a problem at late night.there was no water in the fridge or coffee available. no breakfast option either.

  : We liked the toilet and how comfortable the beds were. It also had a good location as everything was nearby.
  : We didn't like the toilets cleanliness as the toilet brush was dirty and old.
