  : * Location was very good, only 10-15 minutes walk to Colosseum! The subway station very closer (1-3 minutes walk). * very clean room and very friendly staff!

  : Cleaning service daily. The room is equipped with safe box and private fridge. And a great assistance from the owner.
  : Pretty far from Termini, Colosseum and other attractions by walk. However, it is convenient with metro from Manzoni station. Since it is not far from the railway tracks, a bit of noise could be expected from the room on street side.

  : There was no breakfast. One of the reasons why we chose this place. There were only a dry croissant and a small pack of two toasted bread. We also got a bottle of water, a brick juice and 1 (!) Instant coffee per person.No butter, no nothing.... We stayed 4 nights, and the last day, we only got bread (not worth eating), no drinks!The sheets and towels were not changed once!The toilet seat was to small for the toilet, and the dust was piling up in corners and under the bed.We agreed on a ride to and from airport, but the driver didn't show up when we were leaving, and we had to ask the coffee shop next door to call us a taxi (BIG thank you for that)!The staff were nice, untill we payed the "city tax" in cash, after that, they couldn't care less.The pillows were disqusting and full of stains of unknown origin. The bedcover too.The place was run down and had several issues: the AC sucked and things were falling apart. The shower head was a disgrace.

  : Perfect location! Can recommend hotel transfer service from Rome airport and back! Great price! Hotel have a pro level wine celler and restaurant! We liked everything!

  : Well, the facilities are nice. Barbara and the cleaner were good hosts and you can contact them anytime. They're very helpful. Clean place. Overall, very recommendable.
  : The airconditioning cannot be controlled as it is only in one setting. The breakfast will be given the day before.
