  : We liked the free transfer to the metro. The hotel was nice and room was comfortable.
  : The front desk manager Francesco is very rude, unpleasant and unhelpful. We had a horrible experience with check in and payment details. Francesco tried to kick us out of the hotel or charge us again because he didnt comunicate the payment with booking.com. They really ruined the first day of our vacation calling us non stop about the payment that we had comfirmation of from our bank. After all the behavior we didnt even get an apology from Francesco. If you can maybe pick a different hotel with staff that actually appreciate its guest.

  : Rooms were clean and spacious and new. Could easily be rated 10 with a more helpful staff. There were issues that could easily be solved but with a bad person in the front desk, the hotel can easily deteriorate. The lady in the front desk when we came was nice, but the gentleman that replaced her was so bad that we couldn't give a better rating to the hotel.
  : In the afternoon the room was very cold, so I asked for a small heater by whatsapp because that is how the hotel asks to contact them. But the front desk person did not answer for hours, although when I later came to the front desk, I saw on his computer screetn that he did receive my message but chose to ignore. After three hours, I went down to the front desk to ask for a heater, and indeed someone came up and brought me the heather. But after another two hours, the front desk asked me to return the heater so that someone else can use it. I explained that I was cold and need it for the night. The person argued with me. After a while I went to sleep. Then, someone knocked on the door and reuqested the heater and this time with a new excuse that it is unsafe. to use the heater. In addition, the water in the sink didn't go through. There was no little pole that opens it and you need to open it with the hand which is not very fun. But this is minor. In addition, to enter the parking, you need to get out of the car and press the intercom although the area is not nice. It is OK, if you are in a car, but it is not nice that you have to get out of the car in order to have someone open the garage. We intended to spend a few days in the area, but after the first day we switched to another hotel which I rated 10 in Polenza instead.

  : I wish they made the shuttle service more obvious so we knew that was a free option before spending a lot on taxi services.

  : Everything was great quiet area , rapid service at front desk , staff is very kind and helpful ,room was very clean and well equipped and breakfast was excellent at roof area , hope they offer coffee machines inside the room , I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants 4 Stars hotel in Rome
  : Wi-Fi signal in my room was very bad and was disconnecting every time Soap should be better quality as their soap give bad smell in bathroom after using
