  : Room is quite clean, bed is quite good, that was enough for us. We just needed a place to spend the night.
  : It was too hot in Milan, and there is no conditioning in the room, so we looked for a way to make the fan blow air into the room. While there was the private bathroom, its window was blocked with nails and couldn't be opened. The common lavatory was placed nearby, so it was quite noisy.

  : As in Guesthouse, the room has definitely met our expectations. The location is so very central that we managed to visit all areas of interest on foot. There was no need to use any transport, with plenty of good places where to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, all within walking distance.
  : What was so very disappointing was the lack of hot water. We spent three days literally either opting to not shower at all as the water was freezing or else, on other occasions, made do with very lukewarm water. One had to just grin and bear whatever water supply there was. This was very sad since complaints were met with a member of staff checking things out but nothing changed.Had this not happened we would not have hesitated in recommending the place but with such a shortfall, we will not be returning nor will we suggest to other parties to sojourn at this Guesthouse.

  : -No safe as advertised -Room was small -No bottles of water as advertised -Reception that is in another building but not sure where and although told it was manned 24 hours we rang a few times and got no answer-The shower was full of scale preventing a good flow from the top shower head. This got better after we removed the scale ourselves. - WiFi was very slow- some issues with no hot water
