  : Location was not bad, since Rome is a huge city it is concidered as clise to the center. Clean, comfy bed. Free breakfast ticket.
  : NOİSY!!! Other guests doors, keys, luggages noise wake you up anytime in the morning at night

  : The location was good, near shops and restaurants
  : The room was too small to move around. There was no hot water during the duration of our stay due to work being done in the area, which was a huge inconvenience due to the hot weather. Andrea although very helpful and accommodating speaks very little English and all communication is via email. There was not enough towels and pillows being provided and you have to ask for more.The cleaner has keys to the room and would open the room to deliver the supply without checking if guest were inside- very very rude and unacceptable. I requested for more toilet roll and it never got delivered.

  : It was really clean. Bed was like you don’t want to leave it. The style of the room was really romantic, great for couple.
  : The machine connected to the closet which granulates feces was making weird sound and diffusing bad smell sometimes. But it wasn’t something what destroyed our general impression.

  : The host was friendly and really flexible with our check-in time. The Location is nice and super for walking to the centre and vatican city.
  : The A/C aircondition in our room was quite loud, so it was sometimes not so comfortable to sleep with.

  : Well.. the smell in the bathroom would knock you out. I see from other reviews nothing has been done about it. It’s like raw sewage.There is no hand soap: a real basic expectation a shower container on the wall with no shower gel inside.We happened to bump into the maid - she asked if we would like our room cleaned - bed was made, but no clean sheets or clean towels - strange!Absolutely no sign outside - we arrived late and google maps brought us to a big black door. No sign, had to ring the owner, it’s like he has transformed his apartment into hotel rooms, it has no reception area or foyer or lobby. You literally walk up to his apartment which has en suite rooms.Very noisy - there is no regard for others in this block. It’s very loud in the mornings with screaming children, TV, and what sounded like a fridge being scrapped across the floor and then thrown down the stairs.Location is great - that’s it.
