  : the location was good as it is a half our walk or a 15 minute bus ride to the main city attractions proximity to bus stop was 2 minutes walk and there are a couple of different buses you can get to the city.
  : on arrival to what we were led to believe was a hotel , the taxi dropped us off at the exact location address given to us by email, it was not well signed a man was coming out and let us in the door of the address we had there was no one at the front desk so we decided to call the number on our confirmation email. this call was made at 11.44am the woman who answered the phone told us it was on the second floor to the right off we went and we didn’t find it so we called her back again she’s wasn’t helpful at all she asked me where I was I explained she asked me if I was wearing a white T-shirt I said no I’m wearing a colourful jumper she just hung up, we then left that building thinking we were at the wrong location! headed down the road to seek help with no luck I rang the woman back she rudely told me that she text me the address and hung up again. we went back to the address and after several calls made to her I told her I was right outside the address she gave me she said I will come get you! i waited outside the door for her to arrive while my husband went to get a coffee, my husband came back after his coffee about 15mins I was still standing there so we went in the door went to the what I would describe as the 3rd floor and there in a door way was our destination. NOT A HOTEL but a room in a block of apartments the woman who was on the phone to me was sitting at her desk not at all pleasant or apologetic after all the first call I made to her was at 11.44am and it was almost 12.30pm when we booked in with her, very disappointing start to our visit to Rome ☹️ she explained to us that they leave at 2pm so if we have an emergency to call or text the WhatsApp number provided
