: the room is really big. the bed and pillow were comfortable, man can have a good rest of legs and back after walking in the city whole day.no room service, if you want change towel or need something, you have to leave a note to the hous-manager, who live just next door under the same roof.
: breakfast was just some sweet bread and cookies from supermarket. the milk is not fresh one day. At the last day I just give it up and find somewhere else outside to have a breakfast myself.the building located at the top of "hill" with a crossroads, and window have not totally sound proof, all the vehicle pass by with step on the gas...really lout at night and in the morning, I have to buy a pair of earplug in Pam.

: The room and building and absolutely gorgeous. Everything is sparkling clean. The location is a massive drawcard - you can get to almost anywhere in the city on foot in about 45mins - great it you love to walk!
: There is a bit of noise from the road below but I'm a deep sleeper so it didn't bother me but worth keeping in mind if you prefer quiet. The breakfast was a little meagre. I always had to go out and get something else to eat. It's nice to have a coffee first thing though.

Exceptional

: The location is great and the room was clean and pretty and bathroom was excellent. The host was present (she lives in the apartment) and check in was easy. Overall it was a great value.
: This is really a room with bathroom rented in someone’s home, not a traditional B and B, and breakfast was coffee, juice and a croissant, not a full breakfast my American standards. The apartment was very noisy so light sleepers will want to be aware. The bed was a hard mattress on an old spring- typical for Italy, definitely not luxurious.
