: Everything :-) I travelled with my wife. This was really a pleasant stay. Andrea provided for us transfer from the airport and the travel with Massimo was great, thank you! The apartment is situated in a very convenient distance from buzzing day and night Trastevere, close to tram and bus stops, tourist attractions and sites, even in walking distance. Incredible choice of restaurants around, at least two pharmacies and Carrfour Express near the closest tram stop. Also a market open 6 days a week. The apartment is on the last floor of a nice, vintage building with an old but very well kept lift. The neighbours were quiet and kind. The kitchen is well equipped. We didn't cook, but we had all we could need. There were even some snacks Andrea left for us for the start (thank you, Andrea!). The storage space is excellent, we could live there comfortably for 2 weeks. The apartment is full of creative, useful and pretty solutions to make living there comfortable. It's nice too to have a view to the city over the rooftops. It was hot in Rome that time (about 30'C during the day), but with shutters and curtains closed all day, and the fan on the temperature inside was much lower. For any request (replacing a broken kettle etc.) we had a quick response. We could leave our luggage in Andrea's office before our flight back.
: Even with closed window, which is not soundproof, we could hear the street: the nice bar downstairs open untill late, the noise of cars, motorbikes, cleaning services etc,. I am not particularly sensitive to noise, but my wife is and she used earplugs. We knew though that the street can be noisy and we came prepared, so it was not an issue for us after all :-)

: it’s in a really great location, and it had most everything we needed for cooking as well! there is a smart tv and a view over Rome. It was the perfect place for a more local experience of Rome while also being in walking distance to everything we wanted to see.
: WiFi wasn’t strong enough for reliable video conferences but otherwise was good. There were some minor inconveniences like the kettle not working but it wasn’t worth it to us to try to remedy the situation.
