  : The location was good and all activities were within walking distance and restaurants and facilities were available close by.
  : Firstly on arrival I was shown a set of brown doors that were the entrance to a block of flats. There was no indication of a hotel apart from the name on the buzzer alarm. I initially thought the taxi driver had dropped me off in the wrong place. Then having to climb 5 flights of stairs although there is a small lift, tripping over a couple of steps on my way. On checkin being asked for a card number as a deposit incase I broke something during my stay. I had paid for a hotel room in advance so what was all that about? Overall, totally not what I expected and not what comes across on Booking.com and for the money I paid per night, was far too expensive. Considering also the noise of staff shouting at each other late at night, a pump going off loudly every few minutes and reception playing music. However, I wasn't there to have a good nights sleep, I was there to explore Rome, of which I did and had a great time.

  : Shared kitchen. Thats wss s jug to boil water. No slippers as promised.Very dirty rooms. Marks on walls. Had to ask to jave the room cleaned. Was disappointed. Rooms looked nothing like advertised. Shocking. To the point i wss offered free accommodation next time. Turned thst down. Nothing good to say about it.

  : The check in staff are very nice. I arrived early for check in and the staff was very accommodating allowing me access to the room. The location of the property is amazing and within walking distance of all the sites I wanted to see.
  : Clear instructions on how to get to the property wouldve been nice as I was lost looking for the property for over 20 minutes with a suite case on cobble stone. The pictures advertised on booking must be extremely dated, one of my terrace doors didnt lock, and there is no lobby but a check in counter.
