  : Like that the room is spacious and new compared to the standard rooms in Rome at the same rating. The owner and staff were really nice all the time. Take note, to give the specific time of arrival as the reception close after 6pm. We were a bit delayed and lucky we managed to call the owner to hand us our keys. She also recommended us a good restaurant around the corner. In Rome there are plenty of tourist traps and what was recommended was not one. Would choose the hotel once again if we return. Breakfast was simple if you are not a big eater. Good for us to pick up a fruit or a coffee to start the day.
  : The rooms were new, but the design in the bathroom had some flaws. The bathroom was always wet because of how one of the pipes were positioned. But small matter, if you can wipe it off with the towels. The water damage on the bathroom furniture is quite visible. The cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved before and during the stay.

  : It did say balcony in our booking,but there was none and at the breakfast juices,drinks and food items you would expect to be kept chilled, were not.

  : The location is great. The bed was comfortable.
  : The floor was dirty. Staff was unwilling to accommodate a last-minute cancelation request due to unforseen circumstances (a death in the family which affected our itinerary), one day after the "free cancelation" window closed. That decision to not allow cancelation and refund was at the property's sole discretion.

  : The place was very secure and safe. Everything was very clean. Rooms were small but ultimately did a great job for what we needed.
  : There was no iron on property which is a bit ridiculous to me. If its standard in a 1 star hotel this hotel should have one.

  : Shower water sprays all over and makes floor slippery. Had difficulty getting into property from street as card key system was finicky.

  : Great location with fast access to the city center and directly besides the Borghese park; hotel with a real boutique character; staff was flexible for our check-in
  : Its loud: you can hear the noises from the bar below, from the hall and also street traffic in the morning (even though the window is already quite sounds proof)
