  : centrally located, close to a few monuments. area is very busy day time but quiet at night time. the room was big, classy and the personnel was very nice and helping. rooftop terrace for breakfast and drinks is perfect.

  : It was a very pretty room.
  : That I could take a shower without flooding the bathroom. Also that the extra room smelled like sewerage. And the STAFF KNEW. Never will recommend.

  : We really liked the location of this property. The second night the staff was nice enough to switch us to a room with a view, and it was very nice. We also had breakfast on this floor in a separate area, and thought it was lovely. They had a nice size buffet, made you any coffee/beverage you like, and you sat in these large comfy teal sofas at your choice of table. We hardly saw any people eating with us, but enjoyed the terrace view when it rained. The main building, where the offices were, had a wonderful inside or outside terrace that we would visit and meet others over drinks. The bartender mixed drinks in front of us and joked as we admired the rooftop view. This was the best part of the hotel. The porter was excellent as well. He saved us on our last day rolling our luggage along the piazza to help us find a taxi. In the mornings it’s hard to find a taxi, so leave early and que in the taxi line on either side of the piazza. Rooms were comfortable and beds were soft. Only a shower, no bathtub, but that was ok for us. We enjoyed our stay very much.
  : The property had a main area of rooms where the offices were located, another building of some rooms around the corner (which we stayed for one night), and another entryway to rooms facing the Spanish Steps (we had this for 2 nights with a view). Breakfast was in the main building, except if you had a view. That location had breakfast on your floor through another doorway. It was a little confusing for us, not to mention our poor car driver trying to find the entrance for the offices. once we figured it out, it wasn’t a problem. As Americans we like facecloths, and they don’t have them, so be sure to bring your own. Also, it is a loud area being by the Spanish Steps, so be prepared for that.

  : the suit is located in an old buliding in a narrow street, means that it’s always dark ,not much light. The design is specific , dominted by dark colours which increases the sensation of overwhelm.I have been in nicer places

  : Nice location and facility. It was an easy walk to restaurants and all the sites around town.
  : This isn't a negative, but could be better description and on the website. It wasn't completely clear, but there are actually multiple properties, not just one location. The website list "Rooms & Suites" and "Our Apartments" but doesn't offer much of a description beyond that. A little disclosure on the map for proximity would be nice ... main building, additional locations, etc. To be fair, there is a mention when registering, but it's a bit vague. Our room/apartment was about 2 blocks away from the main building. That was fine for us and we had a very nice time, but for anyone expecting a grand hotel type of environment, this is more of a boutique vibe.
