  : Location is fantastic, bed is super comfortable. You get everything you need for a comfy crash after day filled with exploring. They even make your room every day which was a positive surprise
  : Nothing negative to say, just few notes that we were not aware of:This seems more like a hostel type, rather than an actual hotel because there are 3 rooms based in a single apartment, so don't expect desk reception (check in is done over Whatsapp etc. ) .We stayed at the smallest room (tried to book the bigger one initially which was only 20€ more for 3 days but Booking automatically reserved us the little one). Go for a more spacious one if you can :) Neighbours upsters got quite loud at night

  : The property states on booking that you will pay at the location, however, the money were taken from the associated credit card a few day before the stay because both the check in and check out were self serve, dust bunny's in some areas, fridge was not that cold inside, a string of hair hanging from the over head shower, noise at night from the people in the building,(not necessary the property's fault)

  : Great location.Just 12 minutes of walk to the colosseum.Located in the city center near to restaurants and shops.
  : Little bit of “black” mold in the shower, but this can be fixed with one proper cleaning.

  : The location is nice and plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The staff was also perfect and always available to help.
  : The shower wasn’t working properly, apparently the “head” was not clean and full of kalk. The AC’s remote control worked as expected but its display was damaged (maybe just the batteries) so it was a bit hard to control the temperature.

  : The water pressure in the shower was not strong enough, little pressure.The faucet, when turned on, accumulated water, I believe it is necessary to check it.
